Do you live in Devon and have experience of using Direct Payments?

Devon County Council would like people with lived experience to help them identify the kind of information that people need about Direct Payments in general, and more particularly about employing Personal Assistants (PAs).

They would like to learn from a broad range of people’s lived experiences, particularly from service users and/or carers who have used Direct Payments to employ Personal Assistants, to help them identify the information which needs to be included in on-line Personal Assistants Register under the headings “Support for PAs” and “Support for Employers”.

How to get involved?

The Direct Payments Focus Group will meet at the offices of Living Options Devon in Exeter on:

Friday 27 April 10 – 12 noon
Monday 30 April  2 – 4pm

Travel expenses and care costs can be reimbursed (by cheque or bank transfer).

If you are interested in coming to one of the focus groups, please contact Andrew Sumner to book into the date which suits you best.
