Are you interested in informing the local development of adult social care?

By attending one of three focus groups to discuss Devon County Council’s Adult Social Care Support.

Dates Location
Tuesday 5th December
Evening (time to be confirmed)
Wednesday 6th December
Monday 11th December

Who can attend?

Adults who receive adult social services particularly people who receive the following: Mental Health support, physical support, sensory support, social support or support with memory and cognition

Every year the Department of Health runs a national survey of people who are receiving social care support. Each local authority sends the same questions to a random sample of people who use their services and the results are then ranked nationally.

In Devon, we would like to use the survey findings as a starting point to explore the views of local people. We are running focus groups to discuss:

  • How those attending would have responded to the survey questions
  • What they think the survey answers tell us about the support Devon County Council commissions or provides

The findings from the focus groups will be used to inform the local development of adult social care.
