Together We Are Stronger

Saturday 3rd September 2016 | With Special Guests Jacq Applebee & Helen Belcher

Launched in 2013, Totnes Pride is now regarded as the UK’s largest rural pride event. It provides the whole community an opportunity to come together to celebrate diversity and raise awareness about the issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community in rural areas and beyond.

Totnes Pride is held on the first Saturday of September each year. Previous Pride guests include activists Christine Burns MBE, CN Lester, Jacq Applebee, Elly Barnes, Shaun Dellenty, Suran Dickson and Peter Tatchell.

With a rainbow flag raising ceremony, a high street procession, a community day event and an after party, we plan to make Totnes Pride 2016 an exciting, welcoming, fresh and inclusive event that the whole community can feel proud of.
